child need inclusive education in school, school denied

sir,

I am in a dilemma for a matter in which a parent of a child with some autism(slow mind), her learning process is lower than a normal child.

now I heard that a High Court Of Delhi judgement gave way to admission to special children in schools, and they can not deny.

The parent wants to admit their child in near about their locality which is north of Delhi , but they are not entertained by any school, every school is denying.

please guide me in this circumstances, what can I do to help them.

1. File a complain to Dte. of Education, Delhi Govt. and ask for action taken report
2. If no reply after stipulated time and no Action Taken Report from them, then file a Writ before Hon’ble HC, Delhi to direct Dte. of Education to follow its Order on special needs children passed earlier.
Reasoning:
Your work will be done but for that Dte. of Education complain is necessary proof as they are public person / bodies and pvt. Schools are not!.
