Cmc - placement fraud

hi ,

iam a btech graduate,took admission in "cmc training & placement " ,its an subsidary of "TCS". the institute promised for job guaranteed programe and took 31,000 /- as fees.. after giving a laymen training ,they sent us for 3 fake drives and strted new batches.

i along with other students have resorted our agony to print media but the management bribed the media and few students and diverted the issue.

is there any way for me to claim for refund of money as they coulnt give me placement as promised.. its 31k and 10 months of my valuable time that i invested in cmc. sir,i have all my fee reciepts..

can i take any step ahead legally,because those cmc management will go on fraud the students and there parents ..

CMC CJET cheated me to sign the fraud contract. These people have exploited loopholes to twist laws according to their whims.

They put me up at bed bug ridden client site. I had to be hospitalized after that costing me huge amount of money. They mistreated me and shouted at every minor mistake.

Not paid my claims. They used to not clean washroom stalls.

They think they are doing a big philantrophy work by employing you.

The culprits,

Is my reporting manger. One of the rudest person. Think employees are bonded labour

CMC is on a rampage streak.
