CHS premises are maintained from the contribution of members / residents, you will agree and appreciate the fact.
What is the reason for non-payment of maintenance ? Why do you expect service to be provided by manging committee of CHS from the funds of other members of the Society ?

You may demand a copy of Bye-Laws adopted by CHS from the Managing Committee or RCS.
