Coackroach(dead) in sealed whisky bottle

hi this is rakesh from hyderabad,A.P.

my brother had whisky in one of the bottle we find insect., nw he is suffering with vomitings and diareah please give legal suggestion so that we can sue the company., hope all my friends can understand my problem here is the clear
