We have entered into a COLLABORATION agreemnt with a PVT Builder, to get our house reconstructed into separate floors. Agreemnt is on 50 Rs STAMP paper and notary attested.
Please help me as this agreemnt is valid in fornt of court in case of any dispute ? or we Should to get it register in court by paying certian amount of registration fees. ?
