Company bond for h1b visa

Hi,

My name is Dinesh I signed a bond for H1B visa processing from my company. Due a personal conflicts with the managers the company had not send me for visa interview even after 1 year. Do i need to pay 4 lakhs which is mentioned in bond to the company. If am leaving the company now.But the cost of the visa is only 2.5 lakhs.

Please guide me on this..

Withdraw yourself from the agreement in writing by letter addressed to appointing authority/MD,under proper acknowledgement, describing the facts......and demand that the original document be returned to you. It shall be better if show the copy of agreement to your able Labor Law Consultant/Service Matters Lawyers and to let your lawyer structure all representation...
