Dear All,
I belongs from small town in rajasthan . We have incurred losses due to rain water flodded in our house and it happened becuase of heavy rain fall during last some of the years in our town and also due to panchayat lift up the road height during repais and maintenance work in the same time .
Now due to both above factors we are facing huge difficulty in rainy season , whenever rain comes , water went in our house because road height has been taken up . and this house no more a livable house due to this , now we have 2 option either to built a new house at another place or take existing house height up so that water could no went in.
Requesting you all please suggest how can we take compensation from government ( state or cental or panchayat ) ? and please also share relevant acts and where we should be file petition . also please share ways by which we can avail compensation from government for losses due to all above mentioned .
