Could you please help me in raising a case against Authorized Samsung Service Center in Chennai.
Problem : I have given my mobile to change the strip as the display of the mobile is going blank some times.
While delivering the mobile i have noticed the display is broken and reported the same to the manager.But they are telling the display is broken before i gave to them and refusing to change the display.
But the display is fine when i gave them and it was not mentioned in the bill also that the display is broken.
I refused to take the mobile and it is with them itself.
Please advice and let me know if any other information is needed.
