Dear Sir/Madam,
We are planning to start construct the Building at Bilekahalli with Khatha B. As per the current situation (as on 04/27/2012) are we allowed to construct the Building without Khata A, Sanction Plan and Betterment Taxes to BBMP. The layout owner has agreed that he hasn't paid the Betterment Taxes as the government stop collecting those charges.
And the BBMP says it can't issue KHATHA 'A' without the Betterment charges.
So far, the property tax has been paid since 2004 till the date.
Kindly let us know your invaluable suggestions to start constructing the Building.
