Dear Querist,

Please be advised that if a revision petition is dismissed due to absentia of petitioner, you as Petitioner may only file application for restoration of revision petition (before NCDRC?).

Since, the dismissal is only on procedures and not based on merits of the case, no review would be appropriate steps. If the revision petition or restoration application is dismissed (by NCDRC), you may then approcach Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Trust this would suffice.

Dear BBMP,

We are the citizens residing at Virupakshapura,Vidyaranyapura post, Near Kodigehalli adjacent to sahakarnagar,Bangalore-560097.

In our layout, many vacant sites are existing, The owners of these sites, do not maintain these in a clan & tidy condition, resulting unwanted bushes to grow causing safe heaven for snakes & mosquito breeding.

ALL ususal times, the construction workers working nearby, uses these vacant plots for urinals, causing bad smell to the nearby residents. This problem is very strange to the residents neraby, Even after paying tax to BBMP, atleast can't the BBMP itself get cleaning these plots atleast once in 2 months by JCB & impose the charges diretly to vacant sites owners at the time of tax payment.

Because as per our census, None of the vacant site owners in Bangalore takes initiative to clean their sites at least thrice in a years, so as to not cause any convenience to the nearby residents.

Because of mosquito breeding, dengue ,malaria & chickenguniya type of diseses spreads in our city.

I again request BBMP not to wait for the complaint from the residents to clean the vacant sites, Because some residents are not aware of site numbers & some residents do not want to involve on property that belongs to others & lastly to have a cordial relations with neighbors, Because of these social pressing issues, The residents adjacent to the vacant plots are the silent victims.

PLease take the action at earlist

Thanking you

Residents of virupakshapura & sorroundings
