kindly clear my following questions regarding contractual staff recruitment.
1. can any contractual staff working in Govt. department against the vacant post claim for regularisation ?
if yes kindly let me know any judgement and when a contractual staff claim for regularisation ?
2. can contractual staff claim for equal salary which is given to a reguler staff in Govt. Department for the same post ?
3. is there any rule for the time period of agreement of contractual staff.
