In 1975, in Orissa resettlement act this land is converted into my Grand mothers name. But tax was not settled from that day to today.It Became Bebandobasta
In 1990 in Chakabandhi Act, land became Abada Jogya Anabadi but it is mentioned that land is in possession of my Grandmonther. Till today it is Abada Jogya Anabadi and also possession of my Grandmother.
Till now we have not do any cultivation. Few villagers are doing cultivation.
in 1995, few villagers gave water cess for one year in the name of my grand mother but it was mentioned that , they (Diyanka) had given water cess. From that day, no one has given any water cess. but No rent was given as it was not finalised by collector. The water cess receipt is with them only
but now we want to convert this Abada Jogya Anabadi land to ours name with clearing all dues to Govt. ie Bebandabasta to Stithiban
Is it possible or not. If possible, will be there any issues in legal mater from villagres due to water cess bill with them for 1 year as well as they are doing cultivation now also.
