Conveyance query

Dear Experts,

I am resident of a society in thane, the land owner had given conveyance to the developer in 1975. Now the sociey is formed but we(flat owners) have not yet received conveyance. also the landowner holds flat in the society  and a member of Co-op hsg society and the society land is still on his name. He still poses as landlord and is resisting to co-operate with society regarding the deemed conveyance procedures. He is not willing to pay stamp duty.

What is the legal remedy to get society conveyance in case all the members do not agree for the same?

Go for the process of deem conveyance.And if u feel that the conveyance deed is registered,then go for the search with tashilder,where u will get the certified copy of the said conveyance.

If index 2 of a flat is not available (even searched on Net also ) due to lack of contact and the flat is sealed against property tax demand notice, then what needs to be done to proceed with the deemed conveyance?
