CAN ANY BODY GUIDE ME WHETHER CORPORATE COMPANY GUEST HOUSES for their employees ARE ALLOWED IN DELHI AS PER MASTER PLAN DELHI 2021 ON FIRST FLOOR IN A OR B CATAGOERY COLONY?
In A & B category only small shops have been allowed under 24 categories and some professional activities on other floors. Does guest house is legible other than ground floor as per M.P.D 2021?
IF SO REFER THE CHAPTER OF MPD 2021 WHICH PERMITS THEM OTHER THAN GROUND FLOOR? Have they to seek permission from any authority?
If they are illegal than procedure to inform the concerned authorities for their closure/
Has any court of law given them the immunity to conduct guest house if so kindly guide me?
