counter

dear all,

in divorce case, wife got a counter only signed by husband and not by advocate.

can you tell me the consequences.

is it a trick to waste the time and drag the case because husband can very well appoint an advocate because in dvc case he has five advocates to advice?

did they apply for mutual divorce? there sign of husband and wife needed.

"wife got a counter only signed by husband "- what it means? - they both signed on petition?

GDK,

Counter is just for the acceptance of the document and so it does not matter who has signed.
