Counting of limitation form which day?

Counting of Limitation form which day?

In a NIA case the accused desires to file a revision against the cognizance order of the trial Court.

1.From which point is the limitation to be counted? The receipt of the summons or the receipts of the NBW

2.Within how many days should the revision to be filed?

Applicable provisions would be Article 131 of Limitation Act prescribing the limitation of 90 days for preferring the Revision under the Code of Criminal Procedure, from the date of order or sentence sought to be revised. However the period required for obtaining the certified coy of the concerned order deserves to be excluded.
