Court case by tikona

today i recevied call from tikona laywer abut suing me in delhi court and i am not  using tikona services from 28 nov 2017  and i told them to disconnect my services .

for the whole mouth of novenber 2017 i did not got any internet from them and after complaining regulaty for it . they send an  engineer on 13 , 15, 16 ,20 of nov 2017 and he also did rectified my problem now they wwnt me to pay for the november bill for not using the internet  what to do are laywer calls all spam

Firstly those are not actual lawyer or advocate but collection agent or goondas who are in habit of making such threatening calls. Just block the phone and avoid any further communication with the company. Even if case for recovery of due filled in the court, proper court summon will be sent to you no phone call or advocate phone call made.

hello tikona care 

first i did not use internet from november 2017 then also you are calling me regading dues of 1353 rupees and have submitted request for discinnection of the connection on 28 novenber 2017 till now no action have been taken

now a laywers calls me for what ?

i am call customer care and no one piclking up my call s from januray 2018  and no replys of my e mails  from your side
