Hi,
I booked a Flat in Unitech (UNIHOMES-NOIDA) through Prithvee Propmart(Noida), who in turn gave me a discount of 6% on the total amount via credit note.
Since I already paid more than 30% in June, 2010 to the builder. As per the credit note I should be getting the discounted amount from Prithvee after that.
I have continuously reminded to concerned people in prithvee propmart about the clearance of my credit note but till date nothing has been done. This has been going on since July, 2010.
Now I want to file a case against the dealer. I have two queries
1) Is there any consumer court in Noida where I can file the case
2) Whats the best procedure or approach I should take against the dealer
