In 498A FIR and her evidence wife says Husband demanded 3lakhs rupees and in her divorce application she say husband demnaded 3 laks rupess, ornaments, bike,TV washihg machine and fridge etc
fir is aug 09 its evidence completed in april 2015 divroce appk\lication is in sep 09 which is sent back to record room by not press order
another divorce application by wife in 2014 there is no statements about dowry only harassement of light beating abusing to her and her mother father and husband left her since last two but fact is that she herself left to her home town, in all husband won section 09 in FEB 2010 question is how husband use diovrce application in [1] 498A [2] can husband file perjury [3] which counter cases husband can file now note 498A process is going on.
husband did not receive any notice or summons of any divorce applicaiton how he use that will it be useful to him ?
please suggest.......and guide
