Crpc 127 order effective date

Experts / senior Members,

Can someone tell me the Ruling of 127 Crpc decision about its enforcement date ?

i.e. 127 decision is to be effected from date of 127 application or from date of Order.

Also i am looking for a citation where 127 order has been effected from date of Appliation.

[where wife attained interim Maintenance by fraud & husbands income has also been changed & husband moved 127 application with all changed circumstance Income Proofs & Wife Concealments.]

is it 125 or 127??

Readjudicated maintenance, From the date of order, does not hold good before that, rest arrears have to be paid, no escape from that.

It is 127 application to Alter/Cancel the Interim Maintenace decided u/s 125 CrPC.

Thanks for your reply first of all.

My point is that when the Interim Maintenance u/s 125 was decided from date of application then why not order under 127 Crpc effective from

date of application in my case. Also wife concealed her 4 years of Employment & Capability top earn to cause undue harassment to husband & achieve maximum amount in maintenance.

Will above submissions work in Trial Court on the 127 order effective date & in case any citation available to support above said submission then target will be accomplished.
