Customer support after company sold

Hello, I need support to know about this issue where a company is sold and old customers are now in lurch as new owner has denied to support old Customers of previous company. This is regarding Concorder Motors , a subsidiary of Tata Motors was sold to SAB motors early this year. Now the new owner is not supporting customers of Concorde Motors. Is there any provision in law which provides relief to such Customers. Pls advise Thanks Regards Kaushal Delhi
