Decree of Divorce.

divorce decree in a day by a court ........ seems fictitious, considering the functioning of our courts ..... and moreover even the easiest divorce by mutual consent could take max 6 months ..... but it is not mandatory so ........

if your statement is taken to be true ..... I  would not dare term the divorce decree illegal .... for if there has been counselling ....... proper conduction of the trial ..... recording of evidence .... then what makes it illegal ? and if the valid grounds for such emergency are also reasoned out by the court .. then what would make it illegal ?

I have also heard of many cases handled by a certain family court granting mutual consent divorce in single hearing...
