Deed of Property

Hi I'm very nervous. Please Help me. My english is not so good.

My father and his friends (I don't know them) has signed an agreedment (deed). The agreement is my father and his friends as witness borrow Rs. 3,00,000/- from one K. Sarat and as token of the agrement they signed the agreement on our property. In this regard I would like to know whether our family member is required as witness. If our family member is not in the witness then should I consider the deed as useless.

Whether the property is ancestral or self earned property of your father?.  If it is self acquired property of your father then he is at liberty to dispose it according to his will and wish, if it is ancestral property then your father is entittle to dispose of his share only.  You have got share in the ancestrl property.

Even if it is sold to K.Sarat you can challenge it by filing a suit that the sale is not for family necessity and sale is not binding on us.

It is an ancestral property.first apply to revenue authorities for entering all of ur names in 7/12 extracts, in other rights columit wii bar further saledeed . and mr. k sarat will come to know that any transaction regarding that property all of ur signs r mandetory
