We have a property in Goa in our Father's name who expired a few years ago. We are 2 Sisters and a brother. Our Parents had a Church Marriage in Mumbai.
What is the process of the getting the Deed of Succession done?
Do we require our Parent's marriage to be registered in Goa also? (It was only a Church marriage, not a Court marriage)
Also, for our Birth Certificates, will the Muncipal Certificates suffice or the School Leaving Certificate be ok?
Require some answers to the above queries?
