I have entered into a tripatrate sale agreement with a builder in the year 2011, along with a reputed housing finance company. I have paid 70% of the property value through the housing finance company. However the builder has delayed the completion since three years due to the dispute with the landlord. While am paying the EMI to the housing finance company, the propery is yet to get registered to my name nor a window of opporutnity for the completion of the project. Am looking for some expert advise on possilbe legal options I could to avail to recover my money. Thanks.
