My wife's PAN Card was made based on actual birth date of 21-11-63 but is without any birth certificate. Based on the same, Adhaar card also has been made. However, for making passport, 11th standard mark sheet was to be submitted with DOB as 11-05-63.
Now, passport is to be renewed & PAN & ADHAAR CARD numbers are required for the same. What should I do now?
