Some brokers of land sold me a land of which front road was 18 ft. in the map of deed. That road length size is 16 ft. in the master-roll map which the brokers submit to the Land Registry office before their plotting of lands. But now, the brokers(Power of Attorney has given to them by the actual land seller/owner) is plotting outside of my land & re-sizing that road as 12 ft. length by imposing some part of their plotted land on my front road. They are preparing rushly to build wall around the plot. What legal measures should I take in this circumstances? May I visit to Consumer Forum(some person advice me) when they sold me that land they promised me that the road will be exact as in deed map and one of the broker had given his signature as evident during deed registration.
