Disturbing neighbours

Hello Experts,

I have a very disturbing (noisy) and uncooperative neighbor. I have tried to reason with them but they have ignored the matter for over 18 months now. At times, its quite unbearable noise. I have lodged a formal complaint to the managing committee of our society as well - but they have done nothing. Is there some help available in Indian laws to seek remedy for such a situation?

Please help. This nuisance has cause substantial agony to my family and has also cause cracks and fissures in on walls and ceilings of my home.
