Hindu couple married on 10 Apr 2008. Wife is having Paronia (suspicious) problems, no kids. She started staying with parents since Aug 13 2013. Husband brought her back to his house on 22 Dec 2014 again she left to parents house on 22 Mar 2015. With help of middle men, on 9 Dec 2016 she agreed to sign for mutual divorce with 10 laks alimony. She signed on vakalath papers in front of advocate. After very next day wife came and stated that I need sometime and I need to talk to husband. Husband spoke to her, now she wanted to join husband. She doesnt want to go with divorce at all. If husband go with filing divorce on 5 years (3 months she came home will nullify) distertion grounds, what will she file against? 1) DV act possiblity ? 2) 483A will be applicable? 3) In RCR(Restitution for conjugal rights) , which section will made husband to push back the case as he doent want to bring her back to home and how can he stand on divorce? 4) How about HMA24 and CrPC125 for maintenance?She is MCA graduate, can she demand even after she is MCA graduate?Is there any specific percentage in law to give as maintenance. If husband draws monthly take home 50,000/- how much to to be paid? What are all other problems will be there to husband ?
