Divorce lena chahta hu

meri shadi 2007 me hue thi,mere koi baby nahi hai,me 2008 se delhi me job kar raha tha

meri wife mere sath rehti thi,mera waha par ek extra maritial affair tha,meri wife ko uska pata chala to apne parents ke pass chali gayi 2016 me..uske baad meri family se compromise hua ki me delhi me job nahi karunga ....uske baad wife mere ghar aagayi...wo mere sath 8 month rahi is dauran ham dono me bahas ho jati thi.....uske baad meri wife 1.04.2017 se apne parents ke pass reh rahi hai me usko lene b gaya usne manaa kar dia,ab vo mere sath nahi aana chahti,,parivar paramasrsh kendra me b ham dono me b baat nahi bani...uska ek uncle hame aaye din dhamkata hai 6 lakh rupees do nahi to tumpe 498 a lagwa ke sare family ko ander karwa dunga

hame guide kariye kya karna chhaiye or koi accha lawyer bataiye

Dear querist,

You are person who know condition better, but you have not disclosed the main reason for separation as you have not put any blame on your wife, if you have affair outside married life then definitely your wife will not keep healthy relation with you.

As far as cases from your wife side is concerned you cannot stop her from doing so, you have defend those case when your wife will case.
