Divorce-status-uregen urgent pls

it means whoever (Husband/Wife) filed for divorce petition would furnish his/her evidence regarding his/her allegations.

Hi, Thanks for ur quick response..My wife filed Divorce under SEC 13 1 ia & ib. My lawyer filed counter on 01.08.2014. we also accepted divorce but without allegations.

next hearing we have on 13.08.2014 and status is showing below.

My lawyer is telling if you come on 13.08.2014 both will sign on that and next hearing judge will give orders.

we have compromised  and 498a is in lokadalt and we have next hearing on 26.08.2014 But am in bit dielem, if I attend on 13.08.2014 judge will give divorce orders but am not sure whether she will come and attend in Lokadalat .

I put terms and condition in Divorce counter petition and am not sure whether judge will accept or not.

Please advise if dont attend on 13.08.2014,judge will give divorce to my wife?
