Dear Experts

This is the latest order please suggest me what is the next stage.

Ld counsel for aggrieved has filed evidence by way affidavit on behalf of aggrieved.   Same be taken on record.   Copy be supplied to the opposite party. No list of witnesses has been filed by the aggrieved.  Aggrieved 
is  directed  to file the  list   of  witnesses  within  one  week from today  with advance copy of the same to the opposite party. Put up for tendering of affidavit and cross examination if any, on

The aggrieved party will file the list of witnesses within seven days and a copy should be supplied to opposite parties and on the date of hearing aggrieved party tender and exibit the evidence and opposite party will cross the witnesses. feel free to call

The order passed by court is absolutely correct.File list of witnesses within given time.Next date is fixed for further evidence and cross examination,be ready for that.

Still She did not file  list   of  witnesses   with advance copy to me. if she fail to file list of witnesses what is the next stage.
