Donation by co-op. hsg. soc. to unregistered group for pooja

As per Tax no benifit of society, so society has not given donation. If members of society like to give donation for satyanarayan pooja why they are not given individual payment for that and they write their socity name in receipt.

Co. hsg. soc. has already given a donation to pooja samitee.  Now being a member can we take action against chs through registrar mumbai and pune and under what law?

Society has pass any resolution for that (Donetion) or All members are agree with society, how many members oppose of this decision. If society has not pass resolution u can give notice or application in society for that and ir Registrar of Society office send this copy.

Managing Committee members has to conduct a meeting & decision for same has to be minuted in minutes book of society. No member of MC can decide to donate funds of society to anyone before deciding in meeting.
