The wife has filed a DV case for maintainance after saparation of 8 months.
If she was using her husband's surname earlier in bank accounts and her Job, and now suddenly in all the DV related doc she is using her maiden name (her father's side surname) without any decree of divorce, can this be challenged in court as a matter of dual identity shown by the wife and a case of self desertness from the husband eventually cancelling her maintaince claim?
