Dear All,
My father name is also there in DV. I am planning to get a TP filed in SC thru him as he has no source of income,old,medically unfit and so inorder to defend himself case be transferred.
I know this sounds bit unusual as usually wives file TP but if the principle of TP is convenience then y not can he file.?
Now my case is already refreed to mediation by SC so will this step help in case or should i simply file an IA in SC that till mediation is goin on Stay eb granted on other cases also so as to provide conducive atmosphere?
