Dv case process queries

Hello Learned Members,

I have few queries on Domestic Violence case proceeding,

1. Does complainant place 2 affidavit ? One for Interim application and other for main petition ?

2. Does cross examination happen twice for complainant as well as respondent ? First for interim and other for Main petition ?

3. Is it mandatory to cross examine all respondents by complainant's lawyer ? In which circumstances we can avoid this situation.

4. Does proof given by respondent and complainant twice ? One for interim maintenance and other for final petition ?

5. Does argument takes place twice in DV ? One for interim and other for final petition ?

6. Complainant filed interim application with main application. No order yet. Complainant cross over. Respondent was asked to put proofs. In this case do we have any interim or case is going for final disposal ?

Please enlighten..
