Dv interim maintenance, and maintenance after judgment

Hello friends,

In my DV case, the maintenance to my wife was rejected on the grounds that she is earning well, however some amount was granted as maintenance from me to my child.

There are no grounds for my wife's allegations, and there is no evidence either.

However, my case is proceeding very slowly. They are adopting delaying tactics, unwilling to submit documents and so on.

When I asked my lawyer if we can do something to speed up the case, he said it's not a good idea as he's afraid that the interim maintenance may be enhanced in the final judgment as a component of 'Shared household' may be added.

I want to know if this is likely to happen even if I am found innocent?

I assumed that the interim maintenance would stop at the end of the trial if I am not found guilty. Was that wrong?

Can the court find me not guilty of DV and still award maintenance / shared household expenses to my wife?

Please advise. Thanks
