I have been assigned the duty of presiding officer by election commission for the upcoming Panchayat Vote on 14th may,2018 .
1. I work for a Regional Rural Bank in West Bengal and don't have knowledge much about the region where I am posted for the previous 4 months, Neither do I have required experience and expertise for the Duty of presiding officer.
2. I have two serious exams in next 15 or 20 days
a. NBARAD recruitment exam (19th May)
b. UPSC civil services exam (3rd June)
Sir , at first the election date was declared on 1st May, 2018 and I didn't apply for exemption as there was ample time. But Now exam is round the corner .
Please tell me what to do ?
I am in need of exemption but is there any way ?
Please suggest me a way
