ELECTRICITY METER

DEAR ALL.  IN A LEASED INDUSTRIAL SHED, WHO (TENANT OR LAND OWNER) SHOULD PURCHASE AND PROVIDE SUB METER FOR THE USE OF A TENANT.  MAIN EB METER IS THERE BESIDES, 4 OR 5 SUB METERS SHOULD BE INSTALLED IN THE PREMISES.

THANKS IN ADVANCE,

REGARDS

THANKS FOR YOUR SUGGESTION.  PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR SUGGESTION/VIEW, WHEN THE LAND OWNER DEMANDS THAT ALL THE SUB METERS WHETHER NEW INSTALLATION OR OLD REPLACEMENT SHOULD BE ARRANGED BY THE TENANTS AT THEIR OWN COST. AND HE WOULDN'T SPEND ANY SINGLE RUPEE IN THAT.

HI,

THANKS,  YOU MEAN "AGREEMENT!"  NOT MANY LAND LORDS ARE AGREE FOR AGREEMENTS.  WHAT THEY DICTATE BECOMES "LEGAL" TO TENANTS AND ESPICIALLY IN INDUSTRIAL SIDE IT IS 100%.  BUT  BY RENTAL LAW, WHO IS RESPONSIBLE TO ARRANGE FOR SUB METERS IN THE PREMISES? LAND LORD OR TENANTS?

REGARDS
