Employee not handing over quarters of company

Hi,

I am the General Manager of a Public Limited Company. We recently terminated the services of any employee. The employee is in occupation of the company's property provided to him for accomodation. How to recover the same from him.

Thanks in advance,

You can invokke the provisions of Section 630 of the Companies Act and file a complaint aganst the employee. The normal process of filing a suit for reovery of possession is not necessary in the case of recovery of possession of a company's property.
