MY grandfather has a land of 9acr . And he has 4Son's and 2 Daugthers . My father is one among them . Due to some issues my father's elder and younger brother fighted and due to this disputes , my grandfather has written a will dead that 2acrs of land should be belong to My father and 2acr to one of his daughter and remaining would be for elder brother ,nothing was given to the younger one .
And days has passed and my grandfather died . And the younger one has filed a case in court for not giving anything to him .
My question now is .
1) How long does it take for will deed success
2) Can i go for motation of 2acrs land ? as my family is in crisis and we need a wealth support
3) This case was filed long back ..and usually how long does it take to complete the case ?
4)Can i file a another complaint , requesting judge to complete this case as early as possible to get my wealth status good .?
