I GOT A PERSONAL LOAN AT SRIRAM FINANCE . LOAN ENDS IN 2012. MY DUE WAS 55,000 BUT FINANCE PEOPLE SENT A ARBITRATION DECREE WORTH 2,50,000. THEY FILED EP ON ME LAST YEAR BUT I DON'T KNOW THE EP FILED ON ME . I AM SEARCHING CASES AT ECOURTS.GOV.IN WEB SITE I FOUND EP FILED ON ME. CAN I STOP THAT EP FILED ON ME. NEXT HEARING DATE IS 18-06-2015

You have to set aside arbitration award first, then u have to contest the EP proceedings, first,you have file vakalath in concerned EP court . Act ASAP.
