Examination in chief where no advocate is hired

It is not mandatory to hire an advocate in a case. The complainant can himself file and conduct the case. When the advocate is not hired, the complainant will have to himself conduct examination-in-chief and re-examination of his witnesses (including of himself as a witness).

Although it is not mandatory to engage lawyer....You yourself can defend ur case....but while looking at the legal points of ur case...there should be a legal person to defend u.
