I want to know about Execution of An Agreement which is between government of India and A Private Party regarding Way leave facility (Using Government Land) for 35 year.
How can I execute it, Where it is executed, what can I do for legal and proper execution, Can registration of this type of Agreement compulsory.

first you confirm that which department have been you executed, and you approach the depaprtment's proper officials and you inform your offerings from him. Then he told his proposals or his opposal. Then you proceed.
