I HAD PURCHASED AN UNDERCONSTRUCTION PROPERTY IN 2014 FOR WHICH I PAID 30LACS FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT AND ANOTHER 30 LACS I TOOK A LOAN FROM DHFL LOAN WAS SANCTIONED FOR 40LACS AND DISBURSED FOR 30LAKH S NOW I AM NOT ABLE TO PAY THE PRE EMI SINCE LAST FOUR MONTHS AND THE COMAPNY HAD CHANGED IT TO EMI AUTO MATICALLY.....SO WHAT IS GOING TO BE THE PROCEDURE OF THE COMPANY NOW AS THE PROJECT IS STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND IT HAS NOT BEEN REGISTERD IN MY NAME.....CAN IT AUCTION THE PROPERTY OR NOT ?AND IF YES WHAT PRICE WILL IT START THE AUCTION AT???
