Father's property distribution as per will

Hello there,

My query is in regards to a Home which I got it registered in my parent's name. My parent has specified regarding this property in his will that it will be mine after him.

Is it good to get the property transferred to my name while my parent is alive (or) is it will get automatically transferred to my name because of the will?

I mean there are lot of charges (Dastavage Charges) for transferring the property. So whether i should leave it without getting it transferred now? Also i have brothers and their family in my whole family.

Regards,

JK...

Your parent can also gift it to you while he is alive.if not get the will registered so that you don't need to face any hardship later
