Few queries

Dear Professional Friends,

I have just cleared my Third year LL.B with Maharashtra Univversity in this May, 2013 session and I am looking forward to develop practise in this field, however, before commensing it I need some assistance of your knowledge to sort out some queries developing in my mind.

1. Is there any difference between Lawyers and Advocates?

2. I have not taken sanad, will I be called Lawyer/ Advocate then too? or I am just a person who has cleared his LL.B exams and do not hold any prefix like Lawyer or Advocate.

3. I am having 3-4 assignment of Property Registration Agreement and Transfer Agreement, can I do that right now on capacity of Lawyer/Advocate, or Sanad is mendatory for this thing?

4. What is exact need to take sanad? can I do practice of this profession, without taking a sanad?

5. Being holding a Degree of Company Secretary as well, presently I am interested in developing my practice in Corporate Law and Property Law, is there a necessity to apply for sanad for this specific fields?

Your views on this will be highly appreciated.

Thanks & Regards,

Tejas Doshi
