Assuming Person A is married to Person A. Due to circumstance they are separated but not divorced.
Person A re-marries to Person C without informing Person B. How can Person B find out about it?

The old-fashioned arranged marriages are the best bet provided the parents take all the common sense precautions and are not too anxious to get the marriage concluded fast.
