1. FIR are not loaded on to eCourt portal.

2. Visit the state Police website, to see the FIR.  IF not found, THEN file RTI Application for "Certified Copy" of desired FIR.

1. ANYBODY (party or non-party, media reporter, NGO, Lawyer, whosoever.... ) is entitled to demand FIR (more so since FIR is under Public domain /document).  There is nothing to hide /suppress in a FIR document.

What is the real issue? What is the context?

Any citizen can seek information on any public record that is available in material form and in the custody of public authority under the RTI Act.     However, if the document is uploaded on the website, it Is no more in the custody of the public authority.  Hence seek information as per rules and regulations uploaded in District Supdt of Police website as follows:

Information solicited on FIR No..................registered at.........................PS on...................against ..........................: Complainant:.....................................

1. Please provide a certified copy of the above FIR.

2. Please provide the reasons for not uploading such FIR till date.

3. Please provide information on the progress of the investigation and present status on such FIR.

FIR was filed u/s 376

all other FIR filed in that month are available on the state police portal
but that particular FIR was not uploaded

if someone demands it under RTI

what is the possibility of chances of getting stuck in that matter too.

Members can not assume the possibilities, and when there is a process for obtaining under RTI Act, a citizen can only use that right .  In view of the same the information was solicited seeking additional information also.  Even if it is rejected/denied, there are chances of first and second appeals.  Members can only propose the process but can not guarantee the performance of authorities.
