Hi Experts,
My wife had filed DV case which is running in JMFC court. JMFC court passed 2 orders in DV related to salry details of wife and visitation of child. But my wife did not followed the same.
I filed "Contempt of Court " application in JMFC court and court accepted it. Court issued notice to my wife for the same.
Please guide me :
1. How do i proceed with the contempt application.
2. Is any say of my wife side required on it.
3. I see JMFC court is not much interested to follow on Contemp application as Judge is transferred and new Judge has come.
4. Guide me of steps i should take to follow on on contempt petition.
5. is it true "Contempt application can only be taken in High court?.
